Male models accuse prominent photographers of sexual harassment

A total of 13 male assistants and models told the New York Times Testino, 63, subjected them to inappropriate sexual advances.

Model Mark Ricketson (lt.) with his attorney Lisa Bloom (c.) and model Jason Boyce, who are accusing photographer Bruce Weber of sexual misconduct, at The Bloom Firm in California on December 5, 2017.

Bruce Weber has shot campaigns for names like Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Abercrombie & Fitch.

Thirteen male models and assistants also alleged photographer Mario Testino subjected them to sexual advances including groping and masturbation.

Testino is a Vogue favorite and has photographed prominent members of the British royal family, including Princess Diana.

Weber denied all of the allegations brought against him in the complaint.

In a statement to the paper from his lawyer, Weber said: "I'm completely shocked and saddened by the outrageous claims being made against me, which I absolutely deny". A law firm representing Testino said that it had spoken to "former employees" who were "shocked" and "could not confirm the claims".

Actor Kevin Spacey was booted from various major projects after he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple men.

Of the 15 male models who have accused Weber, one in particular, Robyn Sinclair, told The New York Times, "I remember him putting his fingers in my mouth, and him grabbing my privates".

And fellow model Ryan Locke described Testino as a "sexual predator" who he claims was aggressive and flirtatious throughout one naked shoot before ordering everyone else out of the room.

Allegations against both date back many years, with accusers in some cases recounting details with remarkable consistency, the Times said. He also allegedly met Mario in a hotel room during a business trip, where he claims the photographer allegedly threw him on a bed, climbed on top of him, and pinned down his arms. Representatives for both photographers are yet to respond to similar requests.

They added that the publisher had chose to stop working with Testino and Weber "for the foreseeable future".

Anna Wintour, artistic director of Conde Nast, which publishes magazines including Vogue and GQ, said the publisher would not work with the pair for the "foreseeable future" following Saturday's report.

Locke alleges he pushed the photographer away, got dressed and left.

Model Bobby Roache said Weber tried to put his hands down Roache's pants during a casting in 2007. "We are deeply disturbed by these accusations and take this very seriously-as previously noted in our statement regarding sexual harassment", a Vogue spokesperson tells HollywoodLife "In light of these allegations, we will not be commissioning any new work with them for the foreseeable future".

Several industries have been rocked by sexual-abuse allegations since women started coming forward to complain about Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, who has apologized for causing colleagues "a lot of pain" but has denied "any allegations of non-consensual sex".
