USA superstar Britney Sears has announced tour dates across Europe and the United Kingdom in summer 2018. Tickets go on sale this Saturday morning.

After being appointed headliner at Denmark's Smukfest music festival and hearing news from her songwriter Justin Tranter about a new album, Britney Spears has finally given fans the dates we've all been waiting for.

Britney Spears has announced she's to play an Irish date as part of her "Piece of Me" tour.

The tour follows her four-year headlining residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

Since then, the residency generated over $140 million gross venue and sold almost 1 million tickets across over 250 shows.

She will play a show at the O2 Arena in London on August 24 as well as the SSE Hydro Glasgow, Oslo, Antwerp and Dublin. The "Britney: Piece Of Me" show ran since 2013 at the Axis Auditorium and sold a staggering 916,174 tickets across 249 shows - grossing over $137 million.
