Vikings activate Bradford, Bridgewater will reportedly be No. 2

Aside from their success this season, the Minnesota Vikings' quarterback situation has been the most talked about topic of conversation of the year. Bradford, who completed 27 of his 32 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns in the Vikings' season-opening win over New Orleans, twisted his left knee in the game, and missed the team's next three games before making a truncated return on October 9 against the Bears.

Bradford has played in one full game this season when he torched the New Orleans Saints in Week 1 for 346 passing yards and three touchdowns. Bradford was back for the Bears game, but hobbled around in the first half before being pulled for Keenum.

Corresponding with the move, the Vikings have released tight end Kyle Carter.

The Vikings activated Bradford from injured reserve on Saturday, adding him to their 53-man roster a day before their NFC divisional playoff game with the Saints.

Although quarterback Case Keenum has enjoyed a stellar 2017 National Football League season, it seems the Vikings will be looking to add some depth behind him for the playoffs.

However, a source close to the team has told The Viking Age that Bridgewater will actually be among the Vikings' inactives on Sunday.

For whatever it's worth, all the way back on September 11, Bradford threw for 346 yards and three touchdowns in a 29-19 home win over the Saints in Week 1.

At least there's no argument about Keenum being Minnesota's starter anymore, right?
