Mariah Carey Sued For Sexual Harassment By Female Ex Manager

Mariah Carey Ex-Manager Claims Breach Of Contract, Details Emerge

In his conversation with The Blast, Bulochnikov's lawyer Pierce O'Donnell also talks about one of the higher profile Carey moments that occurred while his client was managing the star: her disastrous turn on the "New Year's Rockin Eve" show from Times Square in NY at the end of 2016.

The pair worked together for three years before agreeing to part ways last November, but sources tell the website that Mariah's ex-manager claims the singer owes her a large sum of money - although the insider says there is more to the legal complaint.

She's got accused Carey of sexual harassment, " TMZ claimed, alleging the celebrity has been regularly naked facing her. Bulochnikov claims that Carey comes with a substance abuse issue. That planned lawsuit is set to include allegations of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty and violations of employment and civil rights law, while seeking allegedly unpaid fees, damages, interest and costs. Mariah-carey and Stella Bulochnikov continue to be spouses in a range of business ventures, and certainly will carry on to support each other.

"She is addicted to alcohol, prescription pills, and marijuana", he adds. Carey later blamed equipment malfunction for her erratic performance, during which she waved to the crowd instead of singing as her dancers moved around her.

"During their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey's new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season", the announcement read.

"Stella pled with Mariah to get sober and she refused".

In a cover story for People, Carey disclosed that she had been dealing with bipolar II disorder for years but had kept silent out of shame.

We're told that doctors at The Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center suggested Carey be placed on an involuntary 5150 hold but ultimately released her to the care of her team and referred her to some private physicians.

O'Donnell says that Stella was responsible for Mariah's recent career revitalization and says, "What did she get in return for her success as a manager and protector?"

For now, at least, Carey doesn't seem to be in any mood to settle with her former manager.

Sources close to the alleged incident tell us that the nanny panicked and alerted Mariah's inner circle because she feared her employer was a danger to herself and others.
