Snow Showers for Toronto; Rain and Snow Mix for Montreal This Week

Despite the cold, we are still seeing increasing temperatures, which will continue to climb throughout the week. However, rain chances appear to be confined to far southern portions at this point. The snow is from a low pressure system that will track from Kansas Tuesday night east to OH by Wednesday night.

Forget yesterday's news. Get what you need today in this early-morning email. The sky will be mostly clear with temperatures dropping into the 60s.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 79.

Lingering rain and snow showers will end tomorrow night and the sky will become partly cloudy after midnight. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Clouds will break up through the early morning, allowing for some sunshine.

Wednesday was a rare April day where temperatures were above average. Check out the difference in daytime highs as this front pushes through later today! It is also going to be quite breezy with a northwest wind gusting to 30 miles per hour, perhaps a little higher.

It may be springtime, but Thursday will feel more like January. The sky will be mostly sunny Monday and the wind will be light, although an onshore breeze will develop in the afternoon. Highs will be in the low and middle 50s Saturday. Our high temperatures on Friday will be in the mid to upper 40s. Low: 56. High: 69.

Rain, then snow, then sun - that's what's in store for Metro Detroit.

Saturday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 51.

Monday: Showers likely. Cloudy, with a high near 66.
