Jacksonville teenager arrested for trespassing and trying to steal Blake Bortles' truck

Blake Bortles - along with 2 of his Jacksonville Jaguars teammates - stopped an alleged thief from stealing the QB's truck from a Florida house party. cops say.

This is where things got insane. cops checked the surveillance video from the home and saw the man walk up from the street and get into Blake's black Ford F-150 truck, which was unlocked with the keys inside. According to News4Jax.com, Bortles left his truck unlocked at a house party, which allowed Horton to get in there and snoop around.

Surveillance video from Linder's residence showed Horton getting into Bortles' truck and entering the home.

After they phoned police, Bortles and two of his friends stood guard over the teen to assure he wouldn't get away. Linder said he asked Horton for his name, was told "Joe", and later called police when he found Horton upstairs in his home and determined that no one at the party knew him.

But he couldn't make his escape as the auto was boxed in by other vehicles.

Police said Joseph Horton tried to steal Bortles' truck, but it was blocked in by other cars, so he abandoned trying to steal it, and invited himself into the house park at Jaguars center Brandon Linder's luxury home on Jacksonville Beach. Bortles almost made it far too easy for the teenager to make off with his 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck, leaving his keys inside the vehicle - along with his wallet. Neighbors said he lives there with his parents.

Reportedly, no one was hurt throughout the process and Horton was arrested on counts of burglary, trespassing and grand theft.
