‘Game Of Thrones’ Stars Kit Harrington And Rose Leslie Are Married!

Game of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie - who played on-screen lovers in the TV drama - are to marry in Scotland.

Rose looked stunning in a gown with lace sleeves while being walked into the church by her father.

They Wednesday at Rose's family castle- one of a number owned by the Leslie Clan - which is set on a vast estate of corn fields and grazing sheep and charges up to £3,000 for a minimum two-night stay.

Guests including fellow Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner - who herself is engaged to Joe Jonas - as well as Maisie Williams and Peter Dinklage.

"My goodness! You know, we like to spread the love on our show".

And he said: "It's a great day for Aberdeenshire".

Fans of Game Of Thrones have been gathering outside Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire hoping to catch a glimpse of the couple. "We are using local caterers, local lighting, local flowers".

The loved-up pair, who met in 2012, were previously on-screen lovers as Jon Snow and Ygritte - and formed a romantic relationship away from the popular HBO show.

In an October interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, Harington revealed that he almost ruined his proposal to Leslie, deciding to forgo his extravagant plans and pop the question a day early.

The couple, who met on set in 2012, announced the engagement in the Times newspaper last September, and the wedding date was submitted to the local registry office last month.

Kit Harington and Rose Leslie's wedding isn't coming-it's officially here!

Explaining that she didn't want his reaction to spoil the episodes for her, the actress told Entertainment Weekly: "I for sure ask Kit not to show me his excitement after he has read an episode, simply because I don't want to read anything in his eyes".

In an interview, Harington revealed his best memory of Game of Thrones was meeting Leslie and falling in love while filming in Iceland. "What I meant to say was, I popped my question a bit early".
