Rich The Kid Catches Brutal Fade, Hospitalized After Home Invasion

Rapper Rich the Kid performs at HOT 97 Summer Jam 2018 at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, June 10, 2018, in East Rutherford, New Jersey. A few days ago it was reported that he was involved in a fight with Lil Uzi Vert in Philly where he escaped nearly unhurt.

Rich The Kid was attacked and robbed in his girlfriend Tori Brixx's Los Angeles home last night. He was hospitalised after the incident.

The men attacked both Rich and his girlfriend, and fled with a good mount of cash and jewellery. TMZ claims that Brixx also had to go to the hospital as she sustained some injuries in the attack. A photo of the rapper was posted on his verified Instagram page, showing the artist resting in a hospital bed.

There are now no suspects or arrests, but sources close to the rapper believe the attack was an inside job.

The Blast reached out to reps for the rapper - so far, no word back. RTK is now fighting for custody of his two children to prevent his ex from receiving any financial support and also requested joint physical and legal custody of the kids which would significantly lower child support payments to his estranged wife.

Rich the Kid's rep did not immediately respond to Variety's request for comment.
