Willian reveals the reason why he could have left Chelsea this summer

Conte fell out with a host of Chelsea stars during his controversial two-year tenure in England. He's not shied away from making frosty comments about his former manager in the press.

Willian made headlines with a controversial Instagram post after Chelsea won the FA Cup final in May.

However, following the arrival of new manager Maurizio Sarri, the Brazil global reassured fans that the only way he will move away from west London is if he is sold by the club's hierarchy. The Italian's presence at Cobham could have pushed Willian out the door - as he has now admitted himself.

"No chance. No. I'm here because I want to play for Chelsea".

Emery is keen to implement a high pressing game and, on Sunday's evidence, has also stressed he wants his side to play out from the back. "I believe we pushed them (City) more than Chelsea did in the Community Shield". Either way, Willian is here and it doesn't look like he'll be leaving any time soon - which is great news for us!

Speaking after Chelsea's 3-0 win over Huddersfield Town, though, Willian was adamant that his future lies at Stamford Bridge. But obviously a few things we didn't do, so I think it will help us improve. We have a lot of players with quality up front, players like Eden Hazard and Pedro. I think we played very well. I think we played very well.

"We have just started working with him [Sarri] but in the first days we have seen that he is a manager who likes to shape the game from the back, he likes to play football".

That approach was rarely successful against Arsenal, who Chelsea host at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

"This is what we do in Brazil and are trying to do here, playing with skill and movement and the manager told us to do that".

Chelsea are at home to Arsenal in their next league fixture on Saturday, and Willian added: "Now we have a different style, that's why we can create problems for Arsenal".
