Meghan Markle gets a fright in Melbourne on royal tour of Australia

Britain's Prince Harry and Meghan walk on South Melbourne beach in Australia

This morning Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went to a cloudy Bondi Beach for an anti-bad-vibes circle (classic Bondi), and behold: this guy's golden trousers stole the show.

Meghan Markle is getting real about her humble beginnings. The duchess then did a quick change into a navy blue and periwinkle dress that showed off her tiny baby bump for a surprise visit to an all-girls school.

Day three of the tour saw Harry and Meghan visiting Melbourne. Meghan bonded with a fellow expectant mother, 35-year-old Charlotte Connell, by discussing how her pregnancy is affecting her sleep.

"Harry talked about the fact that he spent a long time to try to find someone to talk to, to have those conversations around mental health and it was really handsome because they found each other", said surfer Charlotte Connell, who also spoke to Meghan about how she stays healthy.

"Even in her jet lag she got up to do yoga this morning at 4.30".

According to the Evening Standard, the couple spent around ten minutes listening too the experiences of the other people in the group - as well as sharing their own. "Men can help as well by getting involved, we have to", he said.

"As Australians, we all share a love of sport", said Corporal Sonya Newman, an Australian soldier of the 1st Combat Services Support Battalion in Darwin. "She said it was her escape".

Kensington Palace announced on Monday that Meghan and Prince Harry are expecting their first child, due in spring 2019.
