More than 8.3 million concurrent Fortnite players

Check out the Steelers Fornite skin coming Friday

A representative of Epic Games Korea, Sung Chul Park, participated in an interview where he stated that Fortnite now has 8.3 Million concurrent players worldwide. So, yeah, this is kind of a huge deal. This number was told to the publication by an Epic Games representative, and it is largely attributed to the addition of South Korea players recently. Epic later confirmed this figure, in English, to VG24/7.

Over 8 million people around the world play Fortnite at any given time. This coincides with challenges introduced to South Korean players centred around PC Bang, encouraging them to go out and play Fortnite at the real life locations.

Fan-made concept designs for popular games is nothing new, especially when looking at the Fortnite community. That means in eight months, the game has increased its number of simultaneous players by 142%.

You only need to purchase one National Football League skin from the Item Shop, and you are then able to swap to any of the 32 teams you want to use.

Could the A.I.M. Hunting Party skin possibly be giving Fortnite players a hint of winter map being added to the popular battle royale game?
