Trumpy Bear is a real thing

Trumpy Bear is making a splash on Fox News | Media

Trumpy Bear's comb-over and long red tie would be unbelievable on their own, but buyers get even more bang for their buck: the stuffed animal comes with an "American flag-themed blanket" so you can "wrap yourself in the red, white, and blue for comfort and warmth".

On Monday, November 12, the Trumpy Bear official commercial was making the rounds and became a top five trend on Twitter in the United States.

"A storm is coming", an ominous voiceover starts, over a background of dark clouds and lightning. Oh, and the bear was born on Flag Day (June 14), and each is shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

The Trumpy Bear "should be viewed as the symbol that anyone can run for president of this great country of ours" and is absolutely "not a joke". "The great American grizzly".

Not convinced? Everyone from veterans to plaid-wearing golfers loves their Trumpy Bear.

"When I go on patrol, I'm rolling with Trumpy Bear".

Snopes stepped in to settle the question on whether the product is an actual thing and it turns out that Texas-based company Exceptional Products really is selling the plush bear that features President Donald Trump's signature hair and red tie. The next time you birdie that hole on the back nine, you have Trumpy Bear to thank. It also has a compartment in the back that contains an American flag-themed blanket, which Trump (most likely) does not have.

Although it may just be a coincidence, the advertisement mentions "the Storm", directly echoing the language of the QAnon conspiracy theory, a uniquely Trumpian conspiracy theory. A ridiculous commercial first was posted to YouTube in July 2017 and it recently became viral once again.
