Wendy Williams files for divorce: ‘Marriage isn’t easy’

Wendy Williams' Life Is A 'Living Hell' As She Prepares To Battle Kevin Hunter Over Her $60 Million Fortune

"Wendy and her family have been a part of Debmar-Mercury for over 10 years", a spokesperson for "The Wendy Williams Show" said Thursday.

Williams' attorney confirmed to Page Six on Thursday that it's OVER and that Williams is divorcing her husband of 22 years.

Cheating rumors surfaced recently after it was rumored that Kevin's alleged mistress gave birth to their love child. Sasha Banks recently was scheduled to make an appearance on the Wendy Williams show, however she made a decision to cancel at the last moment due to personal reasons.

"I'm still very much in love with my husband", she told her audience. "And don't ask me about mine until you see this gone", she said.

Paige Six reached out to Banks' representative for comment but they were referred to her Twitter statement.

Welp, as you know, Hunter's infidelity wasn't the only thing rumored to be wrong with Williams and Hunter's marriage. But her emotional on-air announcement intensified the scrutiny around Hunter, an executive producer on the show and Williams's longtime manager, amid tabloid reports that he had a baby with another woman.

The news comes after she announced on her show last month that she was living in a sober house.

There's MORE to the story and you can get it Page Six. Williams, who filed in Essex County, NJ, served Hunter with divorce papers at 6:30 a.m, according to a source, the site says.

It has been a rough couple of months for the 54-year-old, who is now working on her sobriety as her marriage crumbles.

After 21-years of marriage and one child together, Kevin Hunter Jr. age 18, made choosing to leave her husband hard for Williams. "They went to counseling but Kevin [Hunter] just kept lying to her". Working together might not be in the best interest of Williams, who is going to have a long battle ahead of her, as she ends her over two-decade marriage and continues to work on her sobriety.
