Draymond Green: 'It Wasn't Really a Scuffle' With Drake

DeMar DeRozan

One day after a verbal tussle with Drake at the NBA Finals, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was playing down the significance of his post-game encounter with the Toronto Raptors' global ambassador. "It felt good to be a part of the energy tonight". "He's extremely talented. I'll definitely skip the song, if I don't like it".

Game Two of the best-of-seven championship series in on Sunday in Toronto, which is hosting an NBA Finals game for the first time after the Raptors entered the league as an expansion team in 1995.

"I thought he did really well and we'll look at the tape, and we'll see what we decide to do with his role going forward", Kerr added.

The players who often stand out this time of year are the can't-miss prospects who seemed destined for greatness from the time they were kids.

Game 2 of the NBA Finals starts at 8 p.m. EST on Sunday. And though he didn't do anything too insane on the sidelines - until after the game when he was jawing with Draymond Green, that is - he did his part to troll the Warriors in his own special way.

DeMarcus Cousins made his return from injury in Game 1, but the Warriors will be hoping they can get Durant back at some point during this series.

"Just come in and play the right way, that's what I try to do everytime I step on the floor", Cousins said. They won't be rusty in Game 2.

Durant hasn't played since he was hurt in Game 5 of the West semifinals against Houston. Golden State Warriors home games are also now more expensive than any of their previous four Finals appearances.
