She shared a close-up picture of Sridevi captioning it as, "Happy birthday Mumma, I love you". It's been a year and a half since Sridevi passed away in Dubai.

Today marks the 56th anniversary of the birth of the actress Sridevi. She keeps sharing tokens of her aching heart on her social media handle and the actor recently turned the Internet emotional with her latest post of late Sridevi. Actors such as Priyanka Chopra, Dia Mirza and others commented on the post.

Talking about Janhvi's work life, the actress has just finished shooting for the first schedule of her horror- comedy RoohiAfza, along with Rajkummar Rao. It was confirmed that Sridevi passed away due to accidental drowning in her hotel bathtub, and which not only left her family devastated but also millions of fans. Sridevi's husband and film producer Boney Kapoor also wrote a special message for her. She captioned the picture with a heart-touching note that says, "Memories are always special. That's life. Happy birthday Sri.Miss you so much". Remembering her on this special day, daughter Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram to share a simple yet attractive post for her mother.

Born as Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan in 1963, she was known for her iconic roles in Hindi movies like "Chandni", "Lamhe", "Mr. India", "Chaalbaaz", "Nagina", "Sadma", and "English Vinglish" among many more.
