Harry Styles releases first single from new album

Harry Styles’ New Site Is Doling Out Compliments For World Mental Health Day

On Friday 11 October, now known as the best New Music Friday of all time, Harry Styles returned with his comeback single Lights Up - the first single to be released from his second album.

The fans now have a new song to listen to on repeat while they wait for the whole album to come out.

After the mysterious posters that began appearing across the world with the slogan 'Do You Know Who You Are?', Harry Styles has furthered suspicion by making DoYouKnowWhoYouAre.com, a site where fans can find out from Harry who he thinks they are.

Back in August, the One Direction alumni spoke to Rolling Stone magazine about the new record, and revealed he had been inspired by taking magic mushrooms and listening to Paul McCartney, while working on the album at a studio in L.A.

The psychedelic video, which was filmed in Mexico, shows the topless singer dancing with a group of people, riding on the back of a motorbike, and mysteriously floating in water.

The single's release was accompanied by a photo Styles posted on his Instagram, which signaled a rupture in his year-plus silence on the social media platform. The men and women beside Styles have their hands all over his glistening, tattooed body as he sings lyrics like: "What do you mean?/I'm sorry by the way/Never going back now/It'd be so sweet if things just stayed the same". The website was especially created for World Mental Health Day but also led to speculations of a new project by Styles. It's not like anything One Direction ever did.
